Week 5: possible evidence of terrapin activity on land

No road-killed or live terrapins were observed on this survey. A muskrat was the only road-kill victim observed since the time of last week's survey. I did observe three or four freshly scraped holes about the size of a terrapin nest hole and am wondering if these may have been terrapin nest test holes, or even terrapin nests with buried eggs.
